By using the Site, you irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia, for the resolution of any dispute of any kind whatsoever, including without limitation any dispute arising out of the interpretation or application of the Terms and Conditions, or your use of the Site or any material contained therein, or accessed thereby.
